This is my first time using an online service to meet people, but my work takes a good chunk of my time away and it becomes very difficult meeting new people. I'm looking for someone to have that great connection with where you just feel the other person "knows" you and vice-versa. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. With relationships I would always hope to remain friends even if things do not work out unless it turned out to be absolutely horrible. :S I love travelling, shopping, pets, movies, sports, eating, and more stuff that just hasn't come to mind yet. I grew up in Victoria / Vancouver and just moved out to Toronto for my first real job. Contrary to my stereotypical asian profession (electrical engineer), i'm pretty whitewashed Asian. I can only speak Cantonese well enough to barely get by at dim sum and am more comfortable skiing down a deadman's chute then in front of a mic at a karaoke bar. I'm a pretty normal guy. I would describe myself as a social former athlete nerd. I biked (road and mountain) competitively, played soccer and did quite a few different track & field events through high school. It changed to running, biking and skiing once i got to university and i've been trying to keep them up as best i can.
